Yes, you can contact your customers through the Baluu platform. If you want to get in touch with your customers, there are a few options to do so.
Update your pre-event notes
If you have anything that you would like to tell your customers who have booked your event you can do so by updating your pre-event notes. You can update the pre-event notes at any time. You get a reminder about your event 4 days before the event and customers receive a reminder 3 days before.
Post- Event Notes
If you would like to tell your customers something after the event has finished then you can simply add the post event notes. Please be aware that the process is the same for both Pre-Event and Post- Event notes.
1. Go to the Baluu Dashboard and select on the 'Services' tab and then select 'Listings'.
2. A new window will open with all the event listings. Scroll to the event that you would like to update the pre-event notes and select on the 'Manage' button.
3. A new page will open within the 'Manage' tab. Please scroll to the 'Notes & Auto-Emails' section and select 'Manage Emails'.
4. A new page will open with the Pre-Event Notes & Post-Event Notes section. Fill in the Pre- Event or the Post- Event Notes section and then select the 'Save Changes' button.
5. Once you have 'Saved Changes' you will get a confirmation notification stating that your notes have been saved.
Email your customers
If you need to send your customers an email before the event, you can do this from the 'Timetable' section.
Go to the Baluu Dashboard and select the 'Timetable' tab.
2. A new window will open all the scheduled events. Scroll to the event which you would like to email your customers. Go to the right side corner and select the 3 dot menu.
3. A drop-down menu will appear, select 'Email All Attendees'.
4. A new window will open, please fill in all the required fields and your email message to all the event attendees. Once you are done please select the 'Send Email' button.
5. Once you click on the 'Send Email' button a new confirmation window will open notifying you that your email has been sent.
Email an individual customer
If you would like to contact an individual customer it is very simple to do so via our Baluu platform.
2. A new window will open all the scheduled events. Scroll to the event which you would like to email your customer. Click on the event and a new window will open with all the event attendees. Scroll to the attendee you would like to send the email to and then on the right side corner click on the 3 dot menu.
3. A drop-down menu will appear. Please select on 'Email'.
4. A new window will open, please fill in all the required fields and your email message to an individual event attendee. Once you are done please select the 'Send Email' button.
5. Once you click on the 'Send Email' button a new confirmation window will open notifying you that your email has been sent.
