How to Manage Newsletter Signups

Steps to edit the "Sign up to the newsletter" prompt.

We offer a newsletter signup option at checkout, allowing customers to choose whether they’d like to subscribe to your newsletter.

To enable or edit this feature:

  1. Go to ServicesSettingsNewsletter Signup.

  2. Set the display of your Newsletter Signup to ON or OFF for all events.

  3. Add or edit the text you’d like to show.

  4. Click Save.

To check who has signed up:

  1. Go to PeopleCustomers.

  2. You’ll see a Newsletter column showing whether each customer has subscribed (Enabled/Disabled).

To export your subscriber list:

  1. In the Customers section, click Advanced Filter.

  2. Under Newsletter Status, select Enabled, then click Apply Filters.

  3. Click MoreExport All.

  4. You’ll receive a CSV file with all customer data for those who signed up, which you can upload into your preferred newsletter tool.
