How to Set Up an Online Event on Baluu

1. Create a New Listing

  • Navigate to the ‘Services’ section and select ‘Listings’ from the menu.

  • Click ‘Add a Listing’ to begin.

  • Fill out all the necessary details for your event

  • At the bottom of the page, toggle on ‘Is this an online event?’

  • Click ‘Create event’ once everything is filled in.


2. Set Availability (Fixed Dates Only)

  • After creating your listing, go to the ‘Availability’ tab.

  • Select ‘Fixed Dates’ (this is required for online events).

  • Click ‘Add session’ to create your event dates and times.

  • In the session setup window, include all the necessary information.

  • Paste your online meeting link (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) in the ‘Online meeting link’ field.

  • Click ‘Add Session’ when you're done.

🔗 Important: Baluu does not automatically generate meeting links. You’ll need to set up a meeting manually on your preferred platform, copy the link, and paste it here.

  • The meeting link you provide will be automatically shared with customers once they book the session.

Once your availability and session details are set, return to your listing and click ‘Publish’.

Your online event is now live and ready for bookings!​
