To help you stay organized and track your progress, each student receives a shared folder called “Notes from Teacher.” This is where your teacher will upload summaries, corrections, and learning points after each class. You can also use this space to review past lessons and prepare for upcoming ones.

1. Accessing the Shared Notes Folder

After your enrollment is confirmed, our staff will share a Google folder with the title: Note for [Your Name]

This folder contains:

  • Google Docs for each lesson

  • Summary of what was covered in class

  • Vocabulary, grammar points, and homework (if assigned)

  • Optional practice resources

You will receive the folder link either in the confirmation email or directly from our team before your first class.

2. How Notes Are Organized

  • Most teachers will create one document per lesson, organized by date

  • Some teachers may keep one continuous document for easier reference

  • You can view the document anytime, leave comments, or ask questions directly in the doc

💡 Tip: Communicate with the teacher if you prepare a specific way of collecting notes. Our teachers are friendly and supportive. 😇

3. How to Submit Homework

If your teacher assigns homework (written answers, voice recordings, etc.), you can submit it in one of the following ways:

Option 1: Reply via Email

Reply to the confirmation email thread where you are connected with your teacher. This ensures:

Option 2: Add It to the Notes Folder

If your homework is in Google Drive format, you may:

  • Create a new file inside the folder

  • Name it clearly (e.g., “Homework – Lesson 3”)

  • Notify your teacher in the next lesson or via email

Your teacher will review and provide feedback during or after the following session.

If you prepare not to have homework?

We understand your individual learning preference. You might have a tight schedule, and we got it. Let our teacher know if you prefer not having homework, instead spend time doing exercises together in the class.

On the other hand, if you love homework, you can ask for extra homework or Wordwall exercise link from the lessons to practice outside of lessons.
