If you want your whole team to have a subscription without everyone managing their own, you can activate a Team Plus or Team Pro plans. The Team Owner pays for all members under one bill.
Here's how it works
Only the Team Owner is charged. Members do not need individual paid accounts.
Each team member takes up one seat. Pending invites count toward your seat total until accepted or declined.
When a member is removed or declines an invite, the seat is released and your bill updates accordingly.
Available as Team Plus or Team Pro, billed monthly or annually.
All invoices, payment details, and plan changes are managed from Settings > Plan & Billing.
You can update payment details, change plans, or download invoices at any time.
This gives your team one predictable subscription based on the number of members, and every member gets the same unlimited access.
Prefer individual subscriptions?
If each person wants to manage their own plan, that works too. Individual subscriptions are independent and not affected by team membership.
