How do I cancel my subscription?

Just delete the app from your Shopify / Wix Admin dashboard under "Apps", then your subscription is automatically canceled.

After scanning barcodes, it doesn't get the item on the app.

This is because of an incorrect configuration on the barcode image element in most cases. Check the image below, and make sure you connect a data field that you want to use by using the Link To dropdown menu.

Barcodes are hard to scan and the barcode lines are too small.

Adjust the width of the barcode image element to get a better barcode quality. For example, in the image below, the first barcode is squeezed, and the second one is better.
