Customizing reports with logos

Branding reports with your own logo and your customers’ logos demonstrates that the reports are individually generated and customized to your customers. It gives a personal touch to communicating with your customers.

Logo requirements

Minimum requirements

Recommended requirements

  • Less than 2 MB

  • JPEG or PNG format

  • No more than 1000 pixels wide

  • SVG format preferred

  • Minimum 100 DPI

  • Aspect ratio of 2:1, 3:2, or 4:3

Your company logo

You can add the logo for your own company so that it appears on reports that you generate.

To upload your company logo

  1. If you’re not on the Report Branding page, in the left navigation menu, click Reports , then click Branding.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • Drag and drop your file into the Your Logo area.

    • Click Browse and navigate to the file.

  3. Click Upload.

To replace your company logo

Before you replace your company logo, you have to delete the old logo.

  1. If you’re not on the Report Branding page, in the left navigation menu, click Reports , then click Branding.

  2. In the Your logo area, click Remove.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Drag and drop your file into the Your Logo area.

    • Click Browse and navigate to the file.

  4. Click Upload.

Customer logos

You can add your customers’ logos to their accounts so that they appear on reports that you generate.

  1. If you’re not on the Report Branding page, in the left navigation menu, click Reports , then click Branding.

  2. In an Account row, click the Edit icon.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Drag and drop your file into the Logo area.

    • Click Browse and navigate to the file.

  4. In the lower left of the slideout, click Save.

To replace a customer logo

Before you replace a customer logo, you have to delete the old logo.

  1. If you’re not on the Report Branding page, in the left navigation menu, click Reports , then click Branding.

  2. In an Account row, click the Edit icon.

  3. In the slideout, click Remove .

  4. In an Account row, click the Edit icon.

  5. Do one of the following:

    • Drag and drop your file into the Logo area.

    • Click Browse and navigate to the file.

  6. In the lower left of the slideout, click Save.
