Who this is for: Barti organization admins. If you don't see Organization Settings, you don't have admin access — ask your account owner to complete this step.
Before you start, you'll need:
Admin access to your Barti organization
A unique SIP username and password ready for each phone (see password requirements below)
Steps
Open Barti and go to Organization Settings → Communication.
Click Add Phone.
Enter a display name for the phone (e.g., "Front Desk" or "Doctor's Office").
Enter a SIP username. This must be unique within your organization.
Create a SIP password. Passwords must be at least 12 characters and include at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number. Use a different password for each phone.
Choose a transfer number between 1 and 99. This is the extension staff will dial to transfer a call to this phone.
Click Add Phone to save the phone entry.
Repeat steps 2–7 for each additional phone you want to register.

What you'll see when it works
The new phone appears in your Communication settings list with the display name you entered. You can now use the SIP username, SIP password, and SIP address shown here to register the physical phone. See How do I configure a Yealink T54W for Barti VoIP? for the next step.
Troubleshooting
Why don't I see Organization Settings?
Only organization admins can access Organization Settings. If you don't see it, ask your account owner to add the phone, or to grant you admin access.
Do I need a separate entry for each phone?
Yes. Each physical phone requires its own entry in Barti with a unique SIP username and password. Reusing credentials across phones will cause registration conflicts.
What happens if two phones share the same password?
Shared passwords can cause registration failures. If phones aren't registering, confirm in Organization Settings → Communication that each phone has a unique password.
Can I edit or remove a phone after adding it?
By clicking on the three dot menu to the right of the phone, you can edit the Phone Display Name, SIP Password, and Transfer number. However, you cannot edit the username. You can also remove the phone entirely by clicking on the three dot menu and selecting Delete.
