Who this is for: Barti administrators. You need admin access in both TriZetto and Barti to complete this process.
Before you start, you'll need:
Admin access to your TriZetto account
Admin access to Barti (required to view and update the SFTP password in the Claims page)
Steps
1. Reset the password in TriZetto
Log into your TriZetto account.
Click My Account.
Under Manage Products, click Manage SFTP Password.
Follow the on-screen instructions to set a new SFTP password.
2. Find your current SFTP password in Barti (if needed)
If you need to reference your current SFTP password before resetting it:
In Barti, go to Insurance → Claims.
Click the three-dot menu next to Create Claim and select Edit TriZetto Account.
Your current SFTP password is visible here.
3. Update the new password in Barti
In Barti, go to Insurance → Claims.
Click the three-dot menu next to Create Claim and select Edit TriZetto Account.
Enter your new SFTP password and click Save.
What you'll see when it works
The SFTP password warning message no longer appears in Barti, and claims submission resumes normally.
Troubleshooting
I don't see Manage SFTP Password under My Account in TriZetto.
You likely don't have admin access in TriZetto. Have your TriZetto account admin log in and complete the reset instead.
I'm the TriZetto admin but I still don't see Manage SFTP Password.
TriZetto may have an access issue on their end. Call TriZetto Customer Support at 1-800-556-2231. Have the following ready:
Your 4-character Site ID
Your practice name
The last four digits of your Tax ID
Note: TriZetto support may tell you that your EHR (Barti) manages your SFTP password. This is not correct — Barti does not manage SFTP passwords. If you hear this, let them know it's a permissions issue that needs to be resolved on the TriZetto side.
