Who this is for: All Barti users with a Kno2 account. Admins can also reset passwords on behalf of other users.
Steps
Reset your own password
Go to kno2.prod.barti.com.
Click Forgot password? below the sign-in form.
Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
Reset another user's password (admins only)
Log in at kno2.prod.barti.com as an administrator.
Navigate to Settings → Users.
Locate the user and reset their password from their user record.
What you'll see when it works
You'll receive a password reset email. Follow the link in the email to set a new password. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive the reset email.
Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, confirm you entered the email address associated with your Kno2 account. If you're unsure which email was used, ask your Kno2 admin to look it up in Settings → Users.
