How do I log into the Kno2 dashboard?

Go to kno2.prod.barti.com and sign in with your Kno2 credentials. If you don't have a login yet, ask your Kno2 admin to create one for you.

Before you start, you'll need:

  1. Enter your email address and password.

  2. Click Sign In. The Kno2 dashboard opens as the default view.


What you'll see when it works

The Kno2 dashboard loads and displays your organization's recent activity, message statistics, and quick action buttons. The dashboard refreshes automatically every 5 minutes.


Troubleshooting

I don't have a Kno2 login.

Your Kno2 admin needs to create one for you. Ask them to follow the steps in How do I add users to Kno2?. You'll receive an invitation email to complete setup once the account is created.

I forgot my password.

I'm being asked to verify my identity after logging in.

Some accounts require identity verification before full access is granted. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete it. If verification fails or your account shows a Failed status, contact Kno2 Support at support@kno2.com or 1-888-390-6394 (Monday–Friday, 6am–6pm MST).


My account is blocked or shows a "Failed" status.

A blocked or failed account must be resolved directly with Kno2. Contact Kno2 Support at support@kno2.com or 1-888-390-6394 (Monday–Friday, 6am–6pm MST). Have your organization name and fax number ready.
