How to delete a Draft or Hold claim
Open the Claim.
Click the three dot menu in the top right hand corner.
Select Delete Claim.
Confirm choice by clicking Ok.
Troubleshooting
I need to remove a Pending or Rejected claim — what are my options?
Pending and Rejected claims cannot be deleted. For a rejected claim, correct and resubmit it in TriZetto rather than deleting it. For a pending claim that was sent in error, contact rcm@barti.com for guidance.
A rejected claim I corrected still shows in my rejected view.
Rejected claims that are corrected and paid will update to Paid status automatically once the payment is processed. If a claim appears stuck, contact rcm@barti.com.
I have vision plan claims stuck in Pending that I can't delete.
Only claims in Draft or Hold status can be deleted at this time. If a vision plan claim is stuck in Pending and will not be paid through TriZetto, contact rcm@barti.com for assistance.
