Who this is for: All Barti users who manage or review patient appointments.
Steps
In the main menu, click Appointments.
Select Schedule from the submenu.
The schedule defaults to today's date. Use the date range picker to expand or change the range.
Filtering the schedule
Use the filter bar to narrow results. You can apply multiple filters at the same time.
Filter | How to use |
Status | Click the All Statuses dropdown and select one or more: Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Checked In, In Progress, Complete, No Show, Canceled |
Date Range | Set a start and end date using the date range picker |
Patient Name | Type in the search box to filter by patient |
Appointment Type | Select one or more appointment types (e.g., Comprehensive Exam, Contact Lens) |
Insurance | Filter by insurance plan, or select No Insurance to see uninsured patients |
Staff / Provider | Filter by one or more providers |
Click Clear Filters to reset all filters at once.
Updating an appointment status from the schedule
You can update a status without opening the full appointment:
Locate the appointment row in the schedule.
Click the status dropdown in the Status column.
Select the new status — it saves immediately.
Sorting and printing
Click any column header to sort the list by that column.
Click Print to export the current view. All active filters are applied to the printout.
What you'll see when it works
The schedule updates automatically as you apply filters. Only appointments matching your selected criteria appear in the list.
