How do I set my calendar default view in Barti?

Go to Appointments → Calendar, configure your preferred view settings, and click Save. Default view settings are saved per user, so each staff member can set their own preferences.

Steps

  1. In the main menu, click Appointments.

  2. Select Calendar from the submenu.

  3. Configure your default settings using the options below.

  4. Click Save to apply your preferences.

Which locations appear on your calendar by default

Default View

Whether the calendar opens in Week, Day, Month, or Staff view

Dropdown Increment

The time increments available in the dropdown when creating a new appointment

Calendar Interval

How much time each line represents when viewing the calendar

Anchor Time

The time shown at the top of your calendar when it loads


What you'll see when it works

The next time you open the calendar, it loads with your saved preferences — view type, filters, and time settings — without needing to reconfigure each session.
