Who this is for: All Barti users who use the appointment calendar.
Steps
In the main menu, click Appointments.
Select Calendar from the submenu.
Configure your default settings using the options below.
Click Save to apply your preferences.

Setting | What it controls |
Location(s) | Which locations appear on your calendar by default |
Appointment Type(s) | Which appointment types are shown by default |
Staff Member(s) | Which staff members' appointments are shown by default |
Default View | Whether the calendar opens in Week, Day, Month, or Staff view |
Dropdown Increment | The time increments available in the dropdown when creating a new appointment |
Calendar Interval | How much time each line represents when viewing the calendar |
Anchor Time | The time shown at the top of your calendar when it loads |
What you'll see when it works
The next time you open the calendar, it loads with your saved preferences — view type, filters, and time settings — without needing to reconfigure each session.
