How do I manage locations in online scheduling?

Go to Organization Settings → Locations, select the location, and toggle Show in Online Scheduling off to hide it from your public booking page. This only affects patient-facing booking — the location remains visible everywhere else in Barti.

Hiding a location from online scheduling

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Organization Settings.

  2. Go to Locations.

  3. Select the location you want to hide from online booking.

  4. Toggle off Show in Online Scheduling.

  5. Click Save.


What you'll see when it works

The location no longer appears in the patient-facing booking dropdown. Patients visiting your public booking page will not be able to select or book at that location.

Note: Hiding a location from online scheduling does not affect internal Barti use. The location still appears in all internal dropdowns — scheduling, patient records, reporting, and more — and does not affect existing appointments.


Making a location visible again

Follow the same steps above and toggle Show in Online Scheduling back on.
