You can manage all prediction factors of Timetable globally. Each factor can be enabled or disabled, uninstalled, or individually configured through its settings page.
You can find these settings under Site administration > Plugins > Admin tools > Timetable > Manage prediction factors.
Note: The prediction factors are already working, but they are still experimental and will be fine-tuned over time.
Table of prediction factors
The table lists all available factors with the following columns:
Factor – Name of the prediction factor.
Weight – Numeric value between 0 and 1 used in the overall prediction calculation.
Visible to students – Indicates whether the factor is visible in student reports (Yes/No).
Settings – Opens the individual configuration page of the factor.
Actions – Allows enabling, disabling, or uninstalling a factor.
Available settings for each prediction factor
Each prediction factor includes the following default configuration options, which can be overridden on the course level:
Enabled – Activates the factor and includes it in the overall prediction.
Weight – Defines the factor’s influence (value between 0 and 1).
Hidden from students – Hides the factor in student views and reports while keeping it active in the calculation.
