Schedule view shows all course tasks and helps students and teachers track progress (Pro only)

Updated over a month ago

About

The Schedule displays all tasks in a course with their key information. It gives students a clear overview of their tasks and their current status. As a teacher you can view the schedule of a specific student to check their individual progress. You can find the schedule in a course under the secondary navigation menu > Timetable > Schedule.

View and filter activities in the schedule

Activities are grouped by course sections to keep the overview clear. By default all activities are displayed, and the filter helps you narrow the list to the items you need. The schedule is structured from top to bottom: filter options, general information, and the activity table.

Filter options

  • Search user – Only available for teachers to display the schedule of a specific student.

  • Status – Show all activities or only on track, due, on time, or late items.

  • Date range – Show all activities or only this week, this month, upcoming, or due items.

  • Priority – Show all activities or only those with low, normal, or high priority.

  • Date format – Display dates in both formats or only in relative or absolute format.

General information

  • Name of the student's schedule you are viewing (only available for teachers).

  • Enrolment duration – Start and end date of enrolment if applicable.

  • Course due date – When the course is due.

  • Course progress – Ratio of activities with completion conditions that the student has already completed.

  • Course completion date – When the student completed the course.

Each activity shows the following information when available:

  • Activity name

Clicking the eye icon opens the activity. Teachers also see a pen icon to edit the activity.
