The global settings for Social Comments allow you to control how comments and replies are displayed across your site and how email digests are processed.
You can access these settings by navigating to Site administration > Plugins > Blocks > Social Comments.
Available settings
Comments per page – Set the number of comments shown per page.
Limit replies count – Limit the number of replies shown for each comment in the comments list.
Items per page – Configure how many items are displayed per page in the comments report.
Users per cron – Define the maximum number of users processed for email digests during each cron execution. Setting this to 0 removes the limit.
Type of digest – Choose whether to send one digest for the entire site or a separate digest for each course.
Note: When adjusting the Users per cron setting, you should also review the execution interval of the "Process digests" scheduled task in the scheduled task configuration.
