Always start your shopping and game downloads within the Benjamin app to ensure your actions are properly tracked.
Keep an eye on the game or app you've downloaded through Benjamin. A progress ticker should appear next to it, showing how close you are to earning your rewards.
If you are shopping via browser, ensure you are using Benjamin’s Safari extension and keep it activated during your purchases. A claim button will pop up on your home screen in the Benjamin app shortly after your purchase and you can claim your cashback.
2. Disable your VPN
VPNs can interfere with tracking, leading to missed rewards. Make sure your VPN is turned off when using the Benjamin app for any activity.
3. Link your financial accounts
Ensure your bank accounts are linked to your Benjamin account before making purchases. After linking a new card, wait 24 hours before using it to make sure it’s fully integrated and ready to track your rewards.
