How to reach out to Benjamin customer support team.

If you have any questions or concerns, we’re here to help! The fastest way to get support is by submitting a ticket directly within the Benjamin app. Follow these simple steps to reach out to our support team:


How do I submit a ticket to the support team?

  1. Open the Benjamin App and Log In:
    Launch the app and log in with your credentials to get started.

  2. Tap the Profile Icon:
    In the bottom corner of the app, tap on the Profile Icon to access your account settings.

  3. Select "Customer Service" from the Menu:
    Scroll through the menu and select Customer Service to proceed to the support section.

  4. Create a New Ticket:
    Once you're in the support section, you’ll be able to create a new ticket. Fill out the details of your issue and ensure that you select the correct issue type to make sure your request is routed to the right team.



Having Trouble Accessing the App?

If you’re having issues accessing the app, you can also reach out to us via email at support@benjaminone.com. We’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

Please note that email support is only available for users who are unable to access the app. For all other inquiries, please use the in-app support system.


Ticket Types and Their Purpose

When submitting a ticket, it’s important to select the right issue type so that we can route your request to the appropriate team. Below is a list of the available ticket types and their purposes:

  • Missing Gaming Rewards 🎮:
    For issues related to game rewards through the different sections of the app.

  • Missing Purchase Cashback 💳:
    For issues related to cashback on purchases made with your Benjamin-linked card.

  • Other Missing Rewards 💸:
    For issues with other types of rewards such as surveys, challenges, ads, etc.

  • Withdrawal Issues 🏦:
    For any issues related to withdrawals from your account.

  • Daily Streak Issue 🎡:
    For any problems related to maintaining or receiving your Benjamin daily streak.

  • Report A Bug 🐞:
    To report any bugs or technical issues you’ve experienced in the app.

  • General Question❓:
    For any general inquiries about the Benjamin app.

  • App Suggestion 💡:
    Share your suggestions for improving the app!
