Symptoms
The Besty inbox loads but shows a white or blank screen
Messages are visible in other tabs but the inbox is stuck
The page appears to load but no conversations appear
Step 1: Try an incognito window
Open app.getbesty.ai in a private/incognito browser window. If the inbox loads correctly in incognito, the issue is caused by cached data or a stale session in your main browser.
Step 2: Clear site data
If incognito works but your regular browser doesn't:
Open Chrome DevTools (right-click → Inspect, or press F12).
Go to the Application tab.
Click Storage in the left sidebar.
Click Clear site data.
Reload the page.
This clears cached cookies and local storage for the Besty app without affecting other sites.
Step 3: Try a different browser
If clearing site data doesn't resolve it, try a different browser entirely (e.g., Firefox or Edge).
Step 4: Contact support
If the issue persists across browsers and incognito mode, it may be a server-side problem. Contact your Besty support channel with details about when the issue started and which browser/device you're using.
Error 502 when sending messages
A 502 error when sending a message from the Besty inbox indicates a temporary server issue. Wait a few minutes and try again. If it persists, report it to your support channel.
