As Besty handles guest conversations, it identifies new information — answers it gave, things it learned about your property, and responses guests found helpful. These get added to a pending review queue where you can approve or reject them before they're added permanently to Besty's knowledge base.
Reviewing these items regularly is one of the most effective ways to improve Besty's accuracy over time.
How to review pending items
Go to app.getbesty.ai/teachBesty.
Look for the pending items queue — items awaiting your review will be listed here.
For each item, review the suggested knowledge and either approve it (adds it to the knowledge base) or reject it (discards it).
Why a large backlog is a problem
If you have a large number of pending items (sometimes hundreds), Besty is sitting on potentially useful knowledge that hasn't been confirmed yet. Until approved, these items aren't reliably incorporated into Besty's responses, which can lead to inconsistent answers for guests.
We recommend reviewing your queue at least once a week, or after any significant period of high booking volume.
Tips for efficient review

Reject items that are incorrect, outdated, or too guest-specific to be useful generally.
