Journeys are automated message sequences sent to guests around key moments in their stay.

Journey settings let you configure when a journey is sent, who it's sent to, where it's sent, and more.
With Besty, you can create your own journey messages that go out via OTA, SMS, and email. All three channels can have different styles, with OTA journeys being the simplest. A Besty employee can import your journey messages (automations and triggers) over from your PMS into Besty, or you can do it yourself.
Within the message field, you can set more conditions for when a journey message goes out — for example, before check-in, after check-out, or at booking.
Upcoming Journey messages
The Upcoming Journey messages view shows all journey messages scheduled to go out to guests in the near future.
