To finish verifying your account, click on the "Verify" tab on the main Betninja page (located on the left side under Profile - Verify). You will be asked to upload the following documents:
Government-Issued ID:
Must show your full name, date of birth, and expiry date.
Accepted formats: National ID card, photo driving licence, or passport.
Proof of Address:
Must show your full name, full address, and issue date.
Accepted formats: Utility bill, bank or savings account statement, house or motor insurance certificate, mortgage statement, TV licence, or telephone statement.
Proof of Payment:
A bank statement (PDF) showing your full name, IBAN, and a transaction to Betninja. Ensure the documents are in PNG, JPEG, or PDF format and do not exceed 10 MB in size. Documents must be issued within the last 6 months, and images should not be cropped (all four corners visible). If you experience any issues uploading the documents on the Verification page, you can send them as email attachments. Verification typically takes up to 24 hours after you submit the required documents. In many cases, the process is completed sooner, sometimes within a few minutes or hours. Document reviews may take up to 48 hours depending on the queue. Once your documents are approved, you will receive an email notification confirming the completion of your account verification. If additional information is required, you will be contacted by the verification team. To avoid delays, ensure all documents meet the specified requirements. If any required information is missing, you will be notified to provide additional or replacement documents.
