You will need to upload the following documents:
Proof of Identity (ID) we accept one of the following documents:
• Valid National ID card
• Valid photo driving license
• Valid passport
Proof of Address we can accept one of these with your full name, full address, and issue date clearly visible:
• Utility bill
• Bank or savings account statement
• House or Motor insurance certificate
• Mortgage Statement
• TV Licence and telephone statement
Proof of Payment
We need to see a Bank Statement showing your full name, IBAN number, and one of the transactions to our site. All this should be on one page only. Please go to online banking and download your PDF statement, if you cannot find the correct page for your transaction with us. If you have multiple documents, please send them by email.
We need to see a copy of your credit card used to deposit with us. Please cover the middle digits so that only the first 6 and last 4 digits are visible. Do not cover any other information on the card.
Please ensure that these documents are in PNG, JPEG, or PDF format and do not exceed a file size of 10 MB.
