You can find your available Bonus when you Log in to your Cashier. Here you can choose the Bonus when you make a Deposit or "skip" the Bonus.
To see all of your Active Bonuses you can simply click on Profile in the left-hand side and go to Bonuses. You are able to see the status of your bonuses there.
