How do I open Mira?

You can access Mira in the top right corner of your Betterleap dashboard. There is a button that says Try Mira.

How do I start a new search?

Once you click on Try Mira, you will be taken to a new page with a search bar in the center of the screen. Simply type in what you are looking for and hit enter or the blue arrow to start the search.

How do I create a new project?

After candidate calibration, click the Convert to Project button on the bottom of the screen to move to the next step. This button will have Mira create and save a project for you.

How does candidate calibration work?

Once you run a search, Mira will display 10 candidates for initial calibration. They key words from your search will be highlighted on the candidate box, making it as easy as a quick look over to ensure Mira is on the right track with your search.

You can swipe through these 10 candidates using the arrows on the left and right side of the candidate box.

What if a calibration candidate is not a fit?

If any candidates presented don’t work, let Mira know, by clicking the Doesn't Match button on the top right of the candidate box. Type in why this candidate is not a match, click Submit, and Mira will fine-tune the results.

How do I know if a project is active or paused?

If a project is active, you will see a green button above the project name that says Active. The bottom of the Insights section will also let you know Mira is working.

If the project is paused, the button will be displayed as grey and say Paused. The Insights section will also reflect that Mira is paused.

How do I rename a project?

There are two ways to rename a project. The first is clicking on the three dots next to the project name on the project you are actively viewing. Then click Rename.

The second way to rename a project is to click the three dots next to the project name on the projects column visible on the left side of the screen. Then click Rename.

How do I find past projects or searches?

Past projects can be found on the top left of the projects column by clicking on the magnifying glass.

Once you click on this, just type in the project name or past search you want to find. They will auto-populate as you type.

Where can I find the candidates Mira has sourced/added to a project?

You can find the candidate list by clicking on the Candidates tab (outlined in blue below). Once you click this, the sourced list will open as a column on the right side of the screen.

How do sequences work?

Once Mira has created a sequence for you, you will see it on the right side of your screen. These sequence steps are emails candidates will receive. Mira will automatically create the steps in the sequence for you, but you still have the option to edit and customize the sequence.

How do I edit my sequences?

To edit your sequences, click on the Sequence tab in the middle of the project (outlined in blue) and it will open a column on the right side of the screen. You can type directly into the body of text, edit the subject line, or adjust the date and time you want the emails to be sent. If you edit a sequence, make sure you hit Save Draft before going forward.

How do I get back to the search page?

To get back to the search page, click on the writing box icon visible on the top right of the screen.

How do I get back to Betterleap classic?

You can get back to Betterleap Classic by clicking on your user icon in the top right corner of the page. Click Switch to Betterleap Classic to return.
