What the Ticks Mean
Status | Ticks | Meaning |
Processed | ✓ (One) | Waypoint closed manually or via geofence, but no scan confirmation received. |
Confirmed | ✓✓ (Two) | Waypoint closed and confirmed by a successful scan event. |
Common Causes
Connection Issues: Communication between the handscanner and the device was interrupted.
Manual Closure: The driver closed the waypoint manually instead of letting the scan close it automatically.
Unsuccessful Scan: The scan was processed but marked as unsuccessful (which does not trigger the second tick).
