Better Planner has two different access levels, one for all depot staff and one for subcontractor. They deviate in the way, that the subcontractor can only see their own area and tours, while the depot employee has an overview over all subcontractor and all tours.
Subcontractor: Create Account and Assign Permissions
For a subcontractor to actively work on tour plans in Better Planner, they need their own user account:
Open the Bettermile Backoffice.
Navigate to Accounts ➔ Back Office Users.
Select the subcontractor's existing account or create a new one.
Assign the permissions "Standard access rights + BetterPlanner (Subcontractor)" to the account.
Depot: Create Account and Assign Permissions
Create and assign permissions for you and your depot colleagues:
Open the Bettermile Backoffice.
Navigate to Accounts ➔ Back Office Users.
Select the depot employees existing account or create a new one.
Assign the permissions "BetterPlanner (Depot)" to the account.
