To change your password (while logged in):
Click on Password in the Security & Privacy section.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password. Password must contain:
At least one lowercase character
At least one uppercase character
At least one symbol
At least one numeric character
Minimum of 8 characters
Re-enter your new password to confirm.
Click Update.
To reset your password (if logged out):
Go to the BetterTracker login screen.
Click Forgot Password?
Enter the email associated with your account.
Check your inbox for the password reset link.
Follow the link to create a new password.
Common Errors
Incorrect password: Ensure you enter your current password correctly.
Requirements not met: Follow the password criteria above.
