Each night in BetterYou, you'll get scored on when you went to bed compared to the bedtime you set in the app. You'll also see when you woke up, how much sleep you got (including any amount of time your phone detected you up in the middle of the night), and a new Sleep Score that lets you know how your overall night of sleep was.

Scroll down to check those out!

Bedtime: This is when Apple Health or Android detected you going to bed. Each OS has their own ways of measuring this, and we try to interpret where we think they might have missed something, as well!

Tip: using a wearable that can be a sleep tracker, and integrating it with Apple Health or Google Fit can help increase this accuracy!

Wake up: This is when Apple Health or Android thinks you woke up.

Sleep duration: This is the amount of time Apple Health or Android thinks you were asleep, subtracting times when you were up and moving around.

Sleep score: The Sleep score is a score we developed to help you understand how accurately you are meeting each of these metrics that you wanted to hit. How accurately you hit your Bedtime, your Duration, an your Wake up all factor into this score. The more you're hitting your goals, the better this score will be!
