We know how important it is to stay on top of your goals, and now you can log your progress in just a few taps. Whether you’re working on fitness, meditation, or your own custom goals, the new Quick Progress Log has you covered. No need to dive deep into multiple screens—just update your progress and carry on with your day! 🙌
Here’s how it works:
🌟 How to Find the Quick Progress Log
Open the app and go to the Goals tab (you’ll see it in the bottom navigation bar).
You’ll see all your active goals, like Fitness, Meditation, and any custom goals you’ve set up.
Each goal has a Quick Log button (bottom right of each goal) that lets you update your progress in seconds. Just tap it to log your activity!
(Note: For Sleep and Steps, these goals track automatically, so you won’t need to log them manually.)
🚀 How to Use the Quick Progress Log
We’ve made the Quick Progress Log super flexible. You can log progress based on time, Location, or using the Yes/No method. Here’s how each one works:
⏱ For Time-Based Goals (e.g., Meditation):
Simply tap to log how much time you’ve spent on a task (e.g., 30 minutes of meditation). Choose the date and you’re done!
Your progress will update toward your weekly goal instantly. 🧘♀️
🏋️ For Location-Based Goals (e.g., Fitness visits):
For goals where you’re monitoring location visits (like gym visits), tap the log button, choose the date, and enter a location or if there is already a predetermined location, just tap "Save Changes" to add a visit. 💪
✅ For Yes/No Goals (e.g., “Did you drink water today?”):
For simple Yes/No goals, you can log how many times you’ve achieved it during the day (e.g., drinking water multiple times a day).
🎯 For Custom Goals:
Got your own goals? No problem! The Quick Progress Log works for any custom goals you’ve created, making it super easy to track your unique targets. Whether it's reading a book, practicing an instrument, or anything else, you can quickly log and review your progress.
🗓 Need to Log Past or Future Dates?
If you missed logging progress or want to plan ahead, you can do that too! The calendar view lets you log activities for any day, past or future. Just head to the Goals tab, select the quick log for the goal you want to update, and tap the date at the top of the modal to backdate your progress or log something ahead of time.
