How to manage wholesale orders
Bookstores can view wholesale order history from Wholesale > Orders.
Find an order
Use filters to find orders by:
Payment status, such as "Pending Payment," "Paid," "Partially Paid," "Delivered," "Partially Refunded," "Refunded," or "Canceled."
Shipping status, such as "Pending," "Processing," or "Shipped."
Order number.
Seller.
View order details
Open an order to access the following:
Seller name.
Order number.
Items ordered.
Variants and bundle selections.
SRP and margin details where available.
Totals, discounts, shipping, paid amount, owing amount, and refunds.
Transactions.
Shipping and tracking updates.
Delivery address.
PDF download.
Message seller.
Reorder.
Shipping and tracking
If the seller has added tracking, the order details will show carrier, tracking number, tracking link, shipping status, and shipped date.
If there are no shipping updates yet, message the seller for an update.

Where do I find my order number?
Open Wholesale > Orders and select the order. The order number appears at the top of the order detail page.
Can I download an order PDF?
Yes. You can download a PDF from the order details page.
