How to manage wholesale orders and shipping updates
Sellers can manage wholesale orders by selecting "View" on their Wholesale listing. This view separates Orders from Shipping so order review/export and shipping updates stay in the right place.
Manage orders
Use the Orders tab to review and export order information. In this tab you can manage orders via:
Payment status filters.
Shipping status.
Buyer details.
Product filters.
CSV export.
Printing.
PDF downloads.
Order detail view.
Note: Financial summaries are visible only to team members with financial permissions.
Manage shipping
Use the Shipping tab to update fulfillment and tracking. The shipping tab allows you to:
Search and filter by status or country.
View buyer addresses.
Export shipping rows.
Bulk update shipping status.
Add carrier, tracking number, tracking URL, and shipped date where supported.
Bookstores will see shipping and tracking updates on their order detail page.

Can all team members see earnings?
No. Earnings and financial details depend on team permissions.
Where do tracking updates appear for buyers?
Buyers see tracking details on the wholesale order detail page.
