How to message a seller about an order
Use wholesale messages when you need to ask a seller about access, shipping, fulfillment, refunds, replacements, cancellations, or order details.
Starting a message
Bookstores can start seller conversations from a seller catalog or the order details page. You must have an approved buyer account in order to message sellers.
For order questions, start from the order detail page so the thread includes order context.
What to include in your message
Order number.
Item or variant name.
Quantity.
Shipping address country, if relevant.
The outcome you are asking for.
Photos or attachments if needed.
Using the Wholesale inbox
Open Wholesale > Messages to read and reply to conversations. Here you can view your Inbox, Unread, and Archived messages.

Yes, Wholesale messages support up to 10 attachments, with a 25 MB limit per file.
