Open Maps for your event to add floor plans and seating charts. New maps start as drafts so you can check them before making them visible to readers.
Upload your maps
Choose Upload maps.
Select a Map type: Seating Chart, Venue or Custom. For Custom, enter a name or choose one of your existing map types.
Drop one or several files into Files, or click to choose them.
For each PDF, select the pages containing maps. Each selected page becomes its own map.
Review each Name. Readers see these names, so use something clear such as Ground floor or Saturday seating.
Choose Add map or Add maps and wait for the result.
Use Place pins to connect your rooms, or return to Maps and do this later with Manage Pins.
All maps in that upload use the selected map type. Use a separate upload or change a map's type afterwards for a different group.
Choose suitable files
Use PNG, JPG or WebP images up to 20 MB, or PDFs up to 30 MB and 40 pages. Images need a long edge of at least 1,000 pixels; 2,000 pixels or more is recommended for readable zoom. Larger images are scaled down to a maximum long edge of 4,096 pixels.
You can have up to 30 maps per event. Each selected PDF page counts as a map. Map names must be unique within the event and no longer than 100 characters.
Before uploading a PDF, check every page. Selecting a page chooses the map image; the attached PDF download contains the original document. Export only the pages you intend to share into a separate PDF first.
FAQ
Can I upload a seating chart without interactive pins?
Yes. Readers can view the plan itself once it is live. Pins add labels and room links; they are not required to publish.
Some maps were added but others failed. Should I upload everything again?
No. Maps marked Added already exist. Correct the rows marked Not added and retry those remaining files or pages.
Why is my file rejected or too small?
Check the supported format, size and page limits above. Re-export a small image at a higher resolution rather than enlarging a blurry screenshot. For a PDF over 40 pages, export the map pages into a smaller document. If Beventi cannot read the PDF, try a fresh export or a supported image.
Can I leave while the upload is running?
Wait for it to finish. If you leave early, maps already added stay on the event, but the remaining uploads may not complete.
