You can share a Beventi schedule using the address in your browser.
Share one session
Open the event's Schedule.
Select the session to open its details.
Copy the browser address and send it to the person you want to share it with.
The link opens that session's details when the session is available to the recipient. Access restrictions still apply.
Share a filtered view
Apply your search and filters, then copy the browser address. The link keeps those filters so someone else can explore the same selection.
Sharing a link with My schedule selected does not share your personal list. My schedule shows the bookmarks and RSVPs belonging to the person opening the page, or that browser's guest bookmarks. Switch to All before sharing a general program link.
Schedules on another website
An organizer may display a Beventi schedule on their own website. That embedded schedule is a public browsing view and does not use your signed-in account or show your personal My schedule.
Use Open on Beventi or RSVP on Beventi, where shown, to continue on Beventi for personal actions. A restricted schedule may remain locked in the embedded view even when your signed-in account can access it on Beventi.
FAQ
Can I share a private session with someone who cannot access it?
A link does not grant access. The recipient must meet the organizer's access requirements.
Can I print the reader schedule?
There is no dedicated print or PDF export control in this website schedule. If you need a printed program, ask the event organizer whether one is available. Venue maps may separately offer Download PDF when the organizer provides a PDF.
