Open an event on Beventi and choose Schedule to explore its published program. You can use the website on a computer or in your phone's browser.
Browse the program
Choose an event day. During the event, the schedule starts on the current event day when it is available; otherwise, it starts on the first day.
Browse the sessions and their times. The program may also include opening hours for rooms and practical information such as registration.
Select a session to open its details.
Choose Show earlier if you want to see sessions that have already finished.
Times on the schedule use the event's timezone. A timezone label appears when your device uses a different timezone. During the event, the schedule can highlight sessions happening now or coming up next.
Find something specific
Use Search sessions to search across event days. You can search for a session title, a person's name, a room, a tag or words in a session description. Search also includes hosts' names and their session roles.
On a computer, use the filter panel. On a phone, open the filters, choose your options and apply them. The available groups are Type, Tags, Room and Author, depending on what the organizer has added.
Search, active filters and My schedule show matching sessions across all event days. Clear the search and filters and select All to return to browsing one day at a time.
You can choose more than one option in a group. For example, selecting two rooms shows sessions in either room. Combining a room with a type narrows the results to that type in the selected room.

Why are there no results?
Clear your search and filters, check the selected day, and switch from My schedule to All. Searching while My schedule is selected searches only your saved sessions and RSVPs.
Why can I find a host using search but not the Author filter?
The Author filter lists participants attached as attendees. Use the main session search to find someone listed as a host, moderator or similar role.
Why do the filter options differ between events?
Filters reflect the information available in that event's published schedule. An event without tags or named rooms may not offer those filter groups.
