When the organizer has published venue maps, open the event and tap Map. You can also open Map from the event's order details when it is available there.
Explore a map
Open Map.
Tap the map name to open Choose a map. Select another plan if the event has several, such as different floors or seating layouts.
Drag to move around the plan and pinch to zoom. You can also double-tap to zoom or use Zoom in, Zoom out, and Fit map.
Tap a room or place pin, or choose it from the list.
Use Show on map to focus on its position. Tap Close when you want to return to the event.
The organizer supplies the map image and pins. A seating plan is a visual guide; the app does not assign or reserve a seat from the map. A room's seat count describes its capacity, not how many places remain available for a session.
Search rooms, places, or sessions
Use the map search field to search by room name, place name, or session title. Select All maps to search across plans, or This map to narrow the results to the selected plan.
Rooms can include program details. Places are facilities or landmarks, such as entrances and restrooms, and do not have a session program.
Check what is happening in a room
Select a room to see available session information, including what is on now, Next here, and sessions grouped by date. Times use the event's time zone when available. Tap a listed session to read its details, save it to My schedule, or add it to your phone calendar. Use Open in schedule to return to the program; use the schedule card if you need to RSVP.
The room list depends on the schedule information available to you. A room without listed sessions may still be shown on the plan.
Open a room from your schedule
Open a session and tap Show on map, when offered. The app opens an accessible plan with that room selected. If the same room appears on several plans, use Choose a map to explore another view.
FAQ
Does the map show my live position or an indoor walking route?
No. Use the organizer's labeled plan and pins to orient yourself. Directions, where available, opens an external map service using the destination details; it does not draw a route through the venue plan.
Can I download a PDF?
Open Choose a map and look for Download PDF. It is available while online when the organizer has supplied a PDF and you can access the map. The download can contain the full uploaded PDF, including more pages than the plan currently displayed.
Why is Show on map missing from a session?
The room may not be pinned on a published map you can access, or the session may have restricted details. Check the event's Map tab or ask the organizer where the session is taking place.
