You can view a saved copy of an event schedule offline if you open and load it in the Beventi app while online before the event.
Prepare before you arrive
Connect to the internet on the phone you will use at the event.
Sign in to the account you will use, especially if the schedule has restricted access.
Open the event and its Schedule tab. Let the program finish loading and check the event dates you need.
Save your chosen sessions to My schedule and complete any RSVPs while online.
Before leaving, briefly turn off your connection and check that you can reopen the event and read its schedule. Reconnect afterwards to pick up any updates.
Use the same device and account at the event. There is no separate schedule download button.
If you also need a venue map, open Map while online and check that its image is available offline. Loading a schedule does not by itself prove the venue map image has finished saving. See How to prepare venue maps for offline use in the mobile app.
What works offline?
You can browse the schedule information already saved on the device, including saved sessions, and use its local search and filters.
Offline viewing shows the last information the app loaded. It cannot retrieve new sessions, changed times, cancellations, or current RSVP availability. Images and other content may not all be available offline.
Confirm or cancel RSVPs while online. Also make changes to your account's saved sessions while online and check they have updated. A failed save may be reversed. Check your changes while online before relying on them.
FAQ
Can I open a schedule offline without viewing it first?
No. Load the event and schedule on that device while connected before you need it offline.
What happens if I sign out or reinstall the app?
Signing out clears the app's stored schedule copies. Reinstalling or clearing app data can also remove them. Sign in and reload the event and schedule online before relying on offline access again.
How long is the saved copy kept?
The app removes expired schedule copies after the event, with a seven-day buffer after its last scheduled day. Offline storage is intended for event use, rather than as a permanent archive.
How do I get the latest program?
Reconnect to the internet and reopen the event schedule. Check it again before important sessions because organizers can publish changes after you first viewed it.
