You are required to verify your phone number before you can submit any withdrawal requests.
Step 1:
Log in to your Bigtaka account, then go to Account > Profile.
Step 2:
Click on “Verify OTP.”
Step 3:
Enter the verification code shown on the screen and request an OTP.
Reminder:
Please avoid clicking the OTP request button repeatedly, as there is a limit on OTP requests. Make sure your network connection is stable before requesting the OTP.
The OTP will be sent to your registered phone number via call and will expire after 10 minutes.
Step 4:
Once the OTP is received, enter it and click “Submit.”
