Contacts and Help Center (Messaging, chat, virtual assistant, email address, and call center)

If needed, you can contact customer service through the following channels:

  • messaging: from the ‘bikeMi’ App, by accessing your profile and selecting the ‘Write to us’ option, or from the website by selecting the chat icon at the bottom right. Within the chat, you will find the ‘Ask a question’ or ‘Search for help’ section.

      - ‘Ask a question’: The virtual assistant will provide you with a range of                  information  or guide you through the process of submitting a report correctly.

      - ‘Search for help’: By typing in a keyword, you can access a lot of useful content.
