Are you having trouble returning/hanging up your bike?

Failure to register return/hanging up bike/ending use

In order to return the bike to a dock, the light must be steady green👇

If it is red, change the dock.

IMPORTANT: If the bike is still in use, and you can see this screen on the app👇

Follow these steps:

  • Try lifting the handlebars and check if the bike is locked.

  • Shake the handlebars slightly.

  • Then wait a few moments while the system updates the data.

  • Then check the app again.

If you have received the ‘bike has been returned’ push notifications and the confirmation email, the bike has been returned successfully👇

Does the problem persists?

Contact the assistance from the app by selecting 'Write to us' in your profile.

Then, select 'Ask a question' and choose one of the following options from the virtual assistant:

  1. 'I have a problem using the bike 🆘';

  2. 'Bike return';

  3. Follow the suggestions of the virtual assistant and follow the instructions given by the virtual assistant and remember to indicate the number of the return station, the number of the parking space, and the date/time when the bike was returned.

The report will be immediately forwarded to the operators for verification.
