In order to use the bikeMi subscription, the user must link a valid credit card (or reloadable prepaid card) to the profile.
The payment method entered constitutes a guarantee for both the initial purchase of the subscription and any usage fees accrued.
If the card is no longer valid or usable, it will need to be updated.
How to update your payment method
In order to update the payment method, log in to your profile from the app or website. Here the user will find a section called 'Payment card' 👇
Select 'CHANGE CARD' and update the payment method 👇
To complete the process, please fill in the fields that will appear and confirm the transaction with the 3D Secure code (verification SMS) or another authentication method requested by the bank 👇
Finally, select 'Save' and confirm the update ✔👍
