ATM discount:
Only the owners of an active annual ATM subscription can apply for a dedicated discount on the bikeMi annual pass.
More specifically, these are the subscription's costs:
Annual ATM subscription over 27 years-old: 24€ instead of 36€;
Annual ATM subscription under 27 years-old: 12€ instead of 36€.
The eventual tariffs of use accrued with the service remain the same (go to the article).
How does the discount apply:
The discount can be applied when purchasing the annual bikeMi subscription or when the annual subscription renews; in order to receive the discount, these are the steps to follow:
Annual bikeMi subscription purchase: in order to apply for the discount, it is necessary to select the 'Annual' option, flag 'Apply ATM discount', enter the requested data and select 'Apply' before completing the payment 👇
The system will recognize the correct price automatically;
Renewal of the annual bikeMi subscription: if you already have an annual subscription to bikeMi and you want to receive the discount on its renewal , the ATM card with the annual pass to the public transport must be associated to the bikeMi profile before the renewal itself takes place. The system will apply the discount at the renewal automatically.
The discount is applied only if the ATM card with the annual transport pass has been associated to the bikeMi profile before the renewal.
Important: for receiving the ATM discount, the annual ATM subscription must be activated through the metropolitan devices from at least 72 hours with respect to the bikeMi subscription's purchase or renewal.
How to associate the ATM card to the bikeMi profile:
In order to associate the ATM card to the bikeMi profile, just follow these steps:
access your bikeMi profile from the app or website;
select the 'Public transport card' option 👇
enter the ATM card ID and serial number (both numbers are visible at the bottom right of the card), and your fiscal code
Select 'Add card' for saving data
Once the ATM card is associated to the bikeMi profile and you have an active bikeMi subscription, the card can be used as an alternative to the app for enjoing the service.
Important: the ATM card can be associated to the bikeMi profile even without an annual subscription (ATM or bikeMi). In order to be associated to the profile, the ATM card must be released from at least 72 hours.
