How Vendors Upload COIs to Billy

How a Vendor Can Upload Certificates of Insurance to Billy

You will receive an email from Billy asking you to upload documents. Click the blue Submit Documents button.

Note: if the blue Submit Documents button does not work, click the blue URL link at the bottom of the email to be redirected.

When you click the blue Submit Documents button, if you are on multiple projects, you will arrive on a page that shows you these projects. Click the project name to navigate to the project's requirements page.

The next page has a Summary on the left showing exactly which requirements are still needed. Missing requirements or requirements that require revisions are in red, while compliant requirements are green. Click the requirement from the Summary on the left to see what is needed, then return to the top of the page to drag and drop a document or Choose a File from your file explorer to upload your documents.

After you upload documents, Billy is automatically alerts the requesting company for certificate review.
