To install and configure the Billy App in Procore, use the following steps.

1. Navigate to the Procore Marketplace directly, or within Procore navigate to the Apps dropdown and choose App Management:

Click the orange Install App button dropdown and choose Install App from Marketplace:

2. Click Log In. Enter your Procore credentials and click Log In again. If you are a Company Admin in more than one company, you will be prompted to select the company you want to install the App in.

3. Type Billy in the search bar, then from the Billy app page click the orange Install App button.

You must have Procore admin permissions in order to install Apps from the App Marketplace. See Install an App from the App Marketplace for additional information.

4. Click Install to confirm your selection. You will receive a notification of Installation Successful.

5. After closing that modal, you will be prompted to add your Procore projects. Skip this.

7. Log in to Billy and navigate to the Settings page. Click Connected Apps then click the blue Setup button under Procore.

8. Login to Procore, choose your company and click the blue Save Selection button. Your screen will show the successful sync with a green check under Setup Complete.

9. Navigate to the Projects page and click the blue Import Procore Project button. Choose a manner in which you would like your projects to be imported from the dropdown menu. Choose the projects you would like to sync with Billy and then click the blue Save button.

Your projects will sync, and all associated vendors will import, as seen below.

You will see the blue Procore sync banner as confirmation next to your project name.
