Connecting Autodesk to your Billy account.

IMPORTANT:

An Autodesk admin user or Autodesk user with admin permissions in the cost management module must authenticate the Autodesk integration.

An Autodesk admin user or user with admin permissions in the cost management module is to log in to Billy and navigate to the Settings page. Click Connected Apps then click the blue Setup button under Autodesk.


2. Click Login to Autodesk then click click Allow on the Authorize Application page.

3. When you are taken back into Billy, choose the Autodesk company you would like to connect with this team then click Save Selection.


Your integration connection will show as successful with a green checkmark.


4. Click Import Projects. Choose the projects you would like to sync with Billy and then click the blue Import Selection button. You can multi-select and choose as many projects as you would like to import.

Your projects will sync and appear on the Projects page. All associated vendors will automatically import, as seen below.


You will see the green Autodesk sync banner as confirmation next to your project name. If clicked, this hyperlink will take you to your project in Autodesk.


Your setup is complete!
