Why DNS Records?

Billy's Sender Signature feature connects your company's established inbox to Billy, allowing Billy's server (Postmark) to send emails from your domain so vendors recognize these compliance emails. Sometimes vendor domains will recognize this and think an intruder is trying to take over your company's inbox, resulting in bounced emails that your vendors won't get.

To get ahead of this, we can add DKIM and Return-Path DNS records to your domain. This lets Postmark send emails on your behalf ensuring effective delivery and higher domain reputation.
