Replacement bin containers
We can supply spare bin containers for some of our current In-cupboard bin units from Wesco, Vauth-Sagel, Ninka and Hailo.
Not all sizes and types are in stock at a given time but they can often be pre-ordered.
To find out if we can supply the replacement container you’re looking for, please email us at customer.services@binopolis.com and include the following details:
If you purchased the original bin unit from us, please give your order number and which container(s) you need.
If you didn’t buy the bin unit from us, please send photos of the container needed including one of the underside, plus the overall height and the width x depth measured at the top in mm.
We can then come back to you with availability and prices. If you’d then like to place an order we will set this up as a special order for you.
Spare parts
Although we can sell some bin containers as above, we don't sell parts of a mechanism, runners, door fixings etc. as spares. If you purchased the product elsewhere or you have a product not found on our website, we are unable to provide spare parts.
If you have purchased the original bin unit from us and have an issue with the fitting or function, please email us at customer.services@binopolis.com with details and photos/video and we can look into this with you. If the product is still under warranty and a replacement part is the appropriate solution we will arrange this for you as our customer.
